SDG's Post #20 Wetlands

Wetlands are not Waste Lands,
Wetlands are Prized Lands.......

Look what more I learnt about Wetlands when I visited www.worldwetlandsday.org

Wetlands Reduce Flooding,
Wetlands Replenish Drinking Water,
Wetlands Filter Waste and Improves Water Quality,
Wetlands Improve Urban Air Quality,
Wetlands Promote Human Wellbeing,
Wetlands Enable People To Earn A Living...............

Wetlands help in making our cities Safe, Resilient and Sustainable.
We need to Retain and Restore our Wetlands.
With this updated my knowledge on United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals
Goal No.- 6  (Clean Water and Sanitation)
Goal No.- 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities)
Goal No.- 13 (Climate Action)
Goal No.- 14 (Life Below Water)
Goal No.- 15 (Life On Land)
