How to Preach, Practice and Propagate SDGoal No.- 16
"Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions"

In These Testing Times;
When the social fabric has become weak..
When one man has become the enemy of the other..
When "I" is above the society..
Kindness comes to the rescue !
Thanks to Nam Ngo Thanh for "Everyday Kindness" Project !

Revisited Kindness with 35 students of Grade-III.

We deliberated :-
  • What is Kindness ?
  • How Kindness can be Practiced ?
  • How Kindness is so Precious ?
  • How Kindness leads to Peace ?
We wore "Kindness Glasses" to value Kindness.
We recorded acts of Kindness in our Kindness Sheets.
We practiced Kindness with our peers in the School.

The Kindness reminder :
Is the Kindness Tree. We love it for the kindness messages we hung on it.

The Kindness Flame :

The Kindness Learning Market Place :
The parents were so happy to visit our classrooms which was all about Kindness.
The Confession Box :
Let's own up when we were not kind !
We penned down such incidents.
We promised to embrace Kindness.

The Confession Corner :
We poured our heart out.
Thanks to our beloved teacher who lend her ears.

This Kindness Journey "is Unforgettable" !
This Kindness Journey "We would hold close to our heart" !
This Kindness Journey "A Memorable Experience"!
Hats off to Nam Ngo Thanh !
For building a Kind Society !
Yes, Kindness is the key to United Nation's 2030 Agenda.

All students under 15 Yrs of age from Nursery to Grade- X were vaccinated in School premises. A team of Doctors and Health workers attended to the students. Some parents joined in too to support their children during vaccination.

Girl Guide, Scouts & NCC Cadets were all out to shoulder responsibility to assist in this endeavour.

SDG Post# 32 #MSFTEduChat #TweetMeet

#MSFTEduChat
#TeachSDGs
#MicrosoftEdu

All the while Tweeting was just fun filled feedback  for me. How beautifully all my educators tweeted about  the classroom activities in our school! We even had a TweetMeet in our school where in we evaluated the outcome of an International Project of the school.
But now it was being part of the #MSFTEduChat Host Team for an International Audience.
Felt Lucky...
Felt Blessed...
Felt Nervous...

Had all my fears with me. Plenty of challenges. A little worried. How to tread this road less travelled by me?  But oh! what learning on this less traversed path. What support we got from Marjolein!

OneNote April 17 TeachSDGs was my favourite read. Was introduced to Tweetdeck. Loving it now! How to schedule your tweets beforehand? Not aware earlier.

Buffer you tweets was a bit challenging! Had to update ! Knowing your Co-Hosts and learning about their passion to #TeachSDG's was indeed encouraging.

The D-Day was 17 April2018, Tuesday at 10.30 PM IST. All my Educators had fastened their tweetbelts! Ready to participate!

Lo & Behold! Met 60 of them answering the 6 SDG questions. Was so busy welcoming them. All working in a school situated in a non descript remote village of India. A Microsoft Showcase school  which caters to 1st Generation of Learners. All my twitter mates had joined in too.

Happy and satisfied I was! A mother Hen Feeling!

Thanks to Microsoft !
Thanks to  #MSFTEduChat !
Thanks to @OneNoteCentral !
Thanks to Marjolein !

SDG's Post# 31 #MSFTEduChat #TweetMeet

Participating in TweetMeet is an honour and a privilege for me, especially when it is on SDG's.

SDG's are our Personal Goals,
SDG's are our Local Goals;
SDG's are our Global Goals.

In Kamla Nehru Public School, India , we practice them day in and day out. SDG's have been mapped with our curriculum for all classes.

For #MSFTEduChat on 17th April, 2018 at 10:30 PM IST, lots of efforts and training has gone during the preparation period.

Learnt about TweetDeck, Buffer, Filters and Search pictures, videos and tweets.
Shared "What is TweetDeck?" with 60+ Educators of KNPS on 12 April, 2018.
